Our History

We came to Rampura phul with a dream to start a temporary venture in Rampuraphul, (a satellite suburb near Bathinda city ), and later shift to Bathinda city. We hired a rented building and started a General surgery / laparoscopic cum OBG clinic in Oct., 2003. It was a small venture having just 10 beds. The main idea of starting this hospital was to introduce laparoscopy in this area. After 8 yrs of hard work, experience and good reputation we planned to settle in this small town with big dreams to serve the people with latest facilities, surgical and laparoscopic advancements etc for which people had to move long distances. So with this dream, Bansal hospital came to existence in 29th July, 2012.

To start with, Bansal Hospital is a 25 bedded hospital with further space, scope and plan for extension. It is located on NH-64, with good connectivity to major cities. It is spread in about 25000 SqFT. area. It has 4 OPD chambers extendable to seven OPD chambers, an ICU, Diagnostics ( biochemistry Lab, USG, X-ray, ECG etc with outsourced microbiology and pathology), IVF lab, Operation theatre, Labour room, fully furnished private rooms and a general ward.

It progressed from a basic laparoscopic centre to an advanced laparoscopic / minimal invasive surgical centre dealing with LAVH, NDVH, TLH, Diagnostic-therapeutic Lap / hystero in infertility and other cases, Vault prolapse, pelvic floor repairs, Difficult and routine gall bladder, Lap appendix, Lap hernia, Endourology, Dealing with high risk pregnancies, Cancer surgery, abdominal trauma with most of the other emergency abdominal surgeries etc. We have a number of visiting consultants too, to serve the people.

In 2016 we had started two new ventures IVF-ET and Hair transplant. We are starting with basic IUI/IVF-ET with facility for ova-embryo freezing.

We are working with a vision to give the best facilities to the people of Malwa region with modern health services, and to take this hospital to newer heights as the science and tech. progresses.
